Refund policy

1. Overview

At Alisons Trading Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review the terms below to understand our refund and return process.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

•        The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

•        A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

•        The item is not listed under Non-Returnable Items (see Section 4)

 

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@alisonstradinginc.com or (346) 299-5391 with your order number and reason for return.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

•        Food and beverage products (fry oil, soft drinks, energy drinks, vegetable oil)

•        Opened or used products

•        Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance

•        Bulk wholesale orders (case quantities of 10+ units) — unless damaged or incorrect

 

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

•        Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

•        Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

•        Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at sales@alisonstradinginc.com or (346) 299-5391. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.

7. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

For large wholesale orders, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our sales team directly to discuss any issues with bulk purchases.
