Shipping policy

1. Overview

Alisons Trading Inc. is a wholesale food service supply company based in Houston, Texas. We deliver exclusively within the Houston area and also offer in-store pickup at our Houston location.

2. Local Delivery (Houston Only)

We deliver within the Greater Houston area only. We do not ship outside of Houston.

Delivery is available on orders over $500. For qualifying orders, please contact our sales team directly to arrange delivery — delivery is not automatically scheduled at checkout.

To request delivery, email sales@alisonstradinginc.com with your order number and preferred delivery date.

3. In-Store Pickup

You may pick up your order in person at our Houston location. When placing your order, you can choose your preferred pickup day. Pickup is available Monday through Friday, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when you arrive.

4. Order Processing

        Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

        Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

        You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed

 

5. Delivery Issues

If your delivery arrives with damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

        Damaged items: contact us with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund

        Missing items: contact us and we will arrange redelivery at no charge

        Wrong items delivered: contact us and we will correct the order
