Cancellation policy

1. Overview
At Alisons Trading Inc., we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled and what to expect in terms of refunds or adjustments.
2. Cancelling Before Shipment or Pickup
You may cancel your order at no charge provided it has not yet been prepared for delivery or pickup. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible:

Include your order number and the reason for cancellation. Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Cancelling After Order Preparation
If your order has already been prepared for delivery or is ready for pickup, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may:
• Reschedule your pickup to a different business day between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Arrange an alternative delivery date (for orders over $500 within Houston)
• Contact our sales team to discuss your options
4. Cancelling a Pickup Appointment
If you need to reschedule or cancel a pickup appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can choose a new pickup day that suits you — pickup is available Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future pickups.
5. Cancelling a Delivery
For delivery orders (orders over $500 within Houston), cancellations must be requested before the delivery is dispatched. To cancel a scheduled delivery, contact our sales team immediately at sales@alisonstradinginc.com or (346) 299-5391.
If the delivery has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery at the door, and we will assess the situation and arrange a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:
• Food and beverage orders that have already been prepared or dispatched
• Custom or special-quantity orders confirmed in writing
• Orders marked as final sale at the time of purchase
7. Refunds on Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Partial refunds may apply if part of the order has already been fulfilled or dispatched.
